Richland Hospital and Clinics (TRHC) earned a prestigious five-star cleanliness rating

The Richland Hospital and Clinics (TRHC) earned a prestigious five-star cleanliness rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), as recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review. This elite distinction, based on patient survey data from July 2024 to June 2025, reflects the hospital’s high standards for patient safety and comfort.  

Out of thousands of hospitals across the country, only 374 achieved a five-star cleanliness rating, placing TRHC among an elite group of health care organizations. Wisconsin led the nation with 30 hospitals receiving this top distinction, highlighting the state’s commitment to high standards in patient care and facility cleanliness.
