You’ve heard of chuck-a-puck, now it’s time for Sling Some Socks!
This new and original philanthropic event will be held during halftime of the Boys Varsity Basketball Game against North Crawford January 26. Here’s how to participate.
Bring NEW underwear or socks to the game. Buy a bag for $1 from Ithaca FBLA and seal the underwear or socks in the bag. During Halftime of the varsity game, sling your bag onto the court. Some participants will even win prizes.
The profits from the sale of the bags will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association and clothing will be donated to Passages
Adam Hess has been involved in radio broadcasting since 1990, with many of those years spent on the air at WRCO FM in Richland Center.
