SAUK COUNTY, WIS. (CIVIC MEDIA) An arrest follows a one vehicle crash.
Tuesday night (December 23) at approximately 9:10 PM, Deputies from the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a one vehicle crash in the area of County Road BD and Highway 12, in the Town of Delton. When Deputies arrived on scene, contact was made with the operator, Bryan J Johnson, 48 of Reedsburg.
While speaking with Johnson, the Deputy observed signs of impairment. Johnson was asked to perform field sobriety tests. As a result of those tests, Johnson was placed under arrest for Operating While Under the Influence, sixth Offense.
Charges of operating while under the influence, sixth offense and failure to maintain control are being referred to the Sauk County District Attorney’s Office.
