HIGHLAND, WIS. (WRCO / WRCE) A person was injured in a house fire last night Thursday.
The Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a structure fire in the Township of Highland around 9:05pm. The Highland Fire Department, Highland EMS, Cobb Fire Department, Montfort Fire Department, Highland Police Department and Iowa County Sheriff Deputies responded to the scene. Alliant Energy also assisted.
The occupant of the home was transported to a local hospital for injuries sustained during the fire.
