BARABOO, Wis. (CIVIC MEDIA) – The Baraboo Area Chamber of Commerce will present Oktoberfest Saturday at Circus World.
Fest Masters Pete and Rebecca Oettinger will open the festivities by tapping the golden keg at 3:30 p.m.
That’ll be the cue for the BaraBrew WisconSing Beer Choir to start singing. They’re the opening act for Griffy Jim and the Polka Dots, who take center stage at the hippodrome from 4 to 6 p.m.
A costume contest and other games will take place from 6 to 7 p.m. as this year’s headline act, Chicago dance/rock band Electro Retro, prepares to perform from 7 to 9 p.m. Admission buttons cost $10 in advance at the Chamber’s Visitor Center in West Baraboo. Admission will be $12 on the day of the event. For more information, visit the Baraboo Oktoberfest website.
