ITHACA, WIS (WRCO / WRCE) – Ithaca Health Education students recently learned about the D.E.C.I.D.E. process in class.

This process requires students to think about different options to certain problems. From those options, students then think of the pros and cons of that option.

Next, based on the pros and cons, students decide which option is the “best”.

Finally, students decide on which option they would do.

At times the “best” option isn’t the one that students choose. All of the scenarios were things that they could possibly encounter while in high school, such as: relationship problems, cheating on tests/assignments, using drugs/alcohol, etc.

Mrs. Jessica Stellner is the Health Education instructor at Ithaca.
