Memorial Service for Emmet Zodrow Today

Visitation and a memorial service will be held today for a 12-year-old Green Lake boy tragically killed while bicycling on the sidewalk to the library in Green Lake on June 25^th.

Both the visitation and memorial service for John “Emmet” Zodrow will be held at the Ripon Community Church in Ripon. The visitation will begin at noon and the memorial service will follow at 3 pm. The Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home and Crematory are serving the family.

Meanwhile fundraising efforts continue to support Emmet’s family and some of his favorite causes.

There is a bracelet sale. The bracelets feature the words “Zodrow Love” and “Rest EZ.” They are $5 apiece and are available through the Green Lake Area Chamber of Commerce.

There is also a Go Fund Me effort that has raised more than $63,500.
