SPRING GREEN, Wis (WRCO / WRCE) – Spring Green Fire & EMS will host an Open House Saturday, May 3, from 11:00 to 3:00. See how emergency personnel keep the community safe.
The event will include: fire truck rides; fire hose spray competitions; Jaws of Life demos; DNR/WI River Project will demonstrate life jacket safety, canoe and boating safety; Bike Safety, please bring your own bike; med flight;
The Spring Green Police Department and Sauk County Sheriffs Department will have K9, SWAT, and Drone Demos; Alliant Energy will demonstrate Wires and Fires.
There will also be free blood pressure and blood sugar check, a variety of raffle items, as well as food and refreshments for sale.
Adam Hess has been involved in radio broadcasting since 1990, with many of those years spent on the air at WRCO FM in Richland Center. Currently, Adam hosts the Weekend Wake-up and Prime Mover Saturdays on WRCO FM, jumps in and helps out with news duties, handles Social Media duties for WRCO and WRCE, and is the Director of Technology at a Southwest Wisconsin School District.
