It’s National 2-1-1 Day

Today (Tuesday) is National 2-1-1 Day, a time set aside to celebrate the work 2-1-1 organizations across the country do to serve their communities. Carla Lundeen is the Director of Great Rivers 2-1-1.

Great Rivers 2-1-1 began in the 1970’s and is associated with Emplify/Gundersen Health.

Great Rivers 2-1-1 is also for people in crisis.

Lundeen says staff are highly trained to assist you when you call.

National 2-1-1 Day is celebrated annually on February 11. Assistance is free for anyone in need. If you call 2-1-1 you will be connected to your local resource center.
